I think Chelsea will win it, hard to tell at this stage, with the money Man City are going to be getting may be in January they will invest extremely heavily in their team.

They might invest alot of money, but alot of top players wont goto man city. Take steven gerrard for example chelsea tried to sign him when avram grant was manager, think they offerd 80million for him but he didnt want to go, and from what i have heard man city are after steven gerrard, fernando torres, Cesca fabregaz, Ronaldo, and afew others but i cant see it happening.

I guess time will tell though tongue
